The platform, known as MOVE suite software, is worth £2,506,898.78 (approximately 100 million NTD), provides two-dimensional analysis, three-dimensional analysis, two-dimensional block restoration, etc. This software will allow for structure geology studies. Many courses in the Earth Science department of National Cheng Kung University, such as Fault-Related Fold, can enhance the ability to make balanced cross sections and study the evolution of fault and thrust belts.
